Policies, Payment & Cancellation, and Large Parties


GENERAL TEA POLICIES
Tea menus are subject to change.
Reservations and payment are required in advance for all teas. Castle Tea prices include gratuity.

All reservations require a minimum of 2 guests. The maximum party size to join a public tea is 16. 
Parties desiring to be seated together require one payment for the party.


PAYMENT and CANCELLATION
All reservations require payment in advance. 
Parties desiring to be seated together require one payment for the party.

We require 48 hours notice to cancel all Teas and Tours without penalty. 
We require 7 days notice to cancel or reduce all Teas and Tours of parties of 10 or more. Parties of 10 or more must guarantee at least 10 guests once the 7 days notice period has passed.

No shows will be charged the full amount for the tea and will not be rescheduled.

LARGE PARTIES
For groups with over 16 guests, please ask a reservations agent about hosting a private tea or if possible, meeting the minimum dollar requirement to have an exclusive tea during the normal public tea times.
