We’ve got your back and are doing everything we can to minimize risks.

Guest Safety

The safety of our guests and our staff are extremely important to us. Our team is working hard to make sure we are in compliance with our Public Health Orders and industry best practices, including:

  1. All staff will begin their shift with a temperature check and health screen.
  2. We have installed Plexiglas barriers at the areas that guests and staff interact face to face the most, including the bookstore register, Front desk, and buffet line.
  3. Housekeeping and cleaning protocols of lodges, public areas, and back-office areas have been enhanced per the CDC guidance and industry best practices.
  4. Food services will be provided following government guidance for restaurants.
  5. Reminders are posted throughout the property regarding social distancing, including floor markers where lines occur.
  6. Staff will be wearing facemasks, and we encourage guests to do the same. In accordance with government regulations, all guests and staff over 10 years in age are required to wear masks while indoors, except when in your guest room with the door closed.

During this time, we remain committed to offering you flexible booking options. As a result, we are making additional adjustments to our individual booking policies to give you extra peace of mind. If you need to adjust reservations, please contact one of our Glen Eyrie team members.

We’d like to thank you for the trust and support you have in us and we look forward to welcoming you to the Glen Eyrie Castle and Conference Center. We will gradually begin to phase in our other offerings, including teas, tours, Glen Eyrie programs and large group events in the following weeks as our state and county restrictions lift. Due to our effort to gradually reopen, we are only allowing guests with a reservation on property at this time

Support the Ministry of Glen Eyrie

Glen Eyrie is dependent on generous support to sustain operations even in the most abundant years.  Now more than ever, we look to the Lord to provide for our needs in this season, and we know that he will use his people to accomplish this.

If Glen Eyrie is part of your spiritual story, if you are looking for a way to practice generosity in this season, and if you are able, we welcome support of any amount. Your donation will support the COVID-19 Sustainability fund, which financially supports efforts to reopen operations and to support our full-time staff and local community during this challenging time.

Thank you for your generosity.
