Educators' Repose 2023

NOW SOLD OUT!

"SEEKING THE GLORY IN THE RUIN"

The Glen Eyrie Conference Center and the Center for Teacher Renewal would like to invite weary educators to the annual Educator’s Summer Repose.

This year’s theme, Seeking the Glory in the Ruin, will be explored through the following sessions:

  1. Seeking the glory in your students
  2. Seeking the glory in your colleagues
  3. Seeking the glory in yourself
  4. And now what?

During this retreat, you will find:

  • solo reflection time with God
  • an opportunity to process with others what God is doing in you
  • freedom to share your journey with others who understand
  • rest and prayer

The facilitator for this retreat is Dr. Donovan Graham—teacher, counselor, mentor, spiritual companion and guide for over 50 years. He served in those roles for over 30 years at Covenant College, then with the Serge Mission, and currently as the director of the Center for Teacher Renewal and Space for God ministry. His heart is to lead weary educators and other shepherds into the quiet where they can meet and listen to God to be refreshed, renewed, and re-energized.

With further questions, contact Donovan at teachredemptively@gmail.com.

*If you’d like to come earlier or stay after your retreat dates, lodging is available at a Glen Eyrie Programs discounted rate. Please call our reservations line at 719-265-7050 for details.
