Renew & Pursue is a retreat for women who understand the value of spending extended time alone with God!
Come join us as we love and worship Him in one of Colorado’s most beautiful settings.
This retreat has been prayerfully and intentionally designed to accomplish two things:
1. To renew your spirit in God’s holy and powerful Word in a space of quiet beauty in order
to evaluate the pace and patterns of your life, and
2. To pursue God and His directives for your life in the year ahead with anticipation,
purpose, and joy!
Renew & Pursue was initiated by a mother/daughter team, having been transformed by the
work of Christ in their lives largely due to tools and practices learned from the Navigators
ministry over decades. Over the last several years, others have joined their team. Together, their
unified heartbeat is to endeavor to bring others to maturity in Christ, inspiring generations of
women towards faithful obedience to the One who calls us, equips us, and loves us!
This retreat is not for children, it is intended for those old enough to spend an entire day in solitude.

Retreat Leaders
Leah Green
Leah Green lives in Colorado Springs ~ she and husband Terry have been married for 58 years, have 4 children, 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. In 1995, they became associate staff with the Navigators in New Mexico and moved to Colorado Springs in 2005 to be full-time Navigator staff. For 15 years, they directed Marriage GetAway and Closer: Marriage Prayer Retreats at Glen Eyrie. As of 2021, they are directing Closer Prayer Retreats and engaging in more one-on-one personal and couple disciple-making ministry. Discipleship has totally energized their walk with the Lord and become their passion in sharing with others.
Traci DeBoer
Traci (Green) DeBoer lives near Orlando, Florida with her husband of 26 years and four adult children. During Traci’s time in college at New Mexico State University, her eyes of faith were truly opened to the power of the gospel. Incredibly hungry to know about God and His Word, she attended the Navigator’s Leadership Development Institute (a former program) for 2 years at Glen Eyrie. That time launched Traci into what would be a lifetime call ministry, specifically discipleship. She has worked on staff in other parachurch organizations, served in Christian education positions, contributed to women’s church ministries, and currently works as the Administrative Assistant in her home church. Her passion is to come alongside women in her various domains to help strengthen their walk with Christ.
The Lord gave Leah and Traci a vision for R&P a couple of years ago ~ a place, space and
pace for women to come away for rest and renewed perspective in the fullness of life. It is their joy to host this retreat and they pray it will bless generations to come.
FAQ
Our property is over 700 acres and contains 8 miles of private hiking trails. Depending on where you are staying, you should be prepared to do lots of walking. Our weather can be unpredictable, so pack layers. Attire for the retreat is casual, and don’t forget your Bible!
Glen Eyrie Programs require payment in full at the time of reservation. Reservations cancelled or rescheduled at least 14 days prior to the start date will be charged a 10% fee. Reservations cancelled or rescheduled within 14 days of the start date will be charged a 50% fee. Reservations cancelled within 3 days of the event date will be charged the full amount.
Our property contains 95 guest rooms in 7 different lodges, including our historic Castle. None of our rooms have TV’s, although free wi-fi is available throughout the property. Rooms contain coffee makers, but no microwaves or refrigerators. They are available for guest use in the common areas of each lodge.
