We now offer classes for our guests on saturday mornings!
We want to provide opportunities for fun activities for our guests or local friends. Currently we are offering two classes on selected Saturdays, but hope to add more shortly – check back for details!
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
Holy Yoga – led by Cherie Snyder.
Join us for 90 minutes of energizing movement, focused breathing, and joyous reconnection with the beauty of Glen Eyrie.
Cherie Snyder has been a student of yoga since 2001 and instructing since 2010. Her philosophy of instruction is grounded in the conviction that each student is the expert of his or her own experience and her personal experience of the power of breath, movement, and mindfulness to catalyze human flourishing is the headwaters of her joy and passion for the practice.
Cherie is certified with Holy Yoga®. Holy Yoga® is a Christ-centered spiritual formation movement that provides world-class training in yoga and yoga instruction to help people experience divine transformation and live out the gospel in their everyday lives.
The practice of Holy Yoga intentionally places the ancient Eastern practice of yoga under the universal kingship of Jesus. Whether you are a long-time disciple of Christ, new to your faith, or simply curious about the practice of yoga, join us for Holy Yoga® at the Glen!
Watercolor Painting for Beginners – led by Sherry Graf.
Sherry and her husband Jeff have served on Navigator Collegiate staff for 26 years. She has been painting for 5 years and has started teaching classes at Haven school in Black Forest. Her desire is to help others discover watercolor and move past the roadblocks to creativity. Sherry sells her artwork and greeting cards in the Glen Eyrie Bookstore and online at SherryGraf.com.
Her classes are tailored for beginners. Spend two hours learning to paint, step by step. All supplies are included, plus a handcrafted coffee drink from our Bookstore! Each participant will leave with one painting and enough information to keep practicing on their own. Children 12 and older are welcome with a paying adult.

FAQs
Payment is required at the time of reservation using a major credit card. Tickets are non-refundable, but may be transferred.
These classes are open to any guests or local friends. An overnight stay is not required.
Please notify us in advance of any special needs you have. There is no elevator at the Carriage House.
Please wear loose fitting clothing for the Yoga class. Casual attire is welcome for the art class.
