The Practice of Wellness in Christ

A Retreat For Women

What is True Wellness? How Do I Practice True Wellness?

The Practice of Wellness – Taking a deeper look at integrating the body and spirit with the mind of Christ.

Matthew 11:28  (The Message): “Are you tired?  Worn out on religion?  Come to me.  Get away with me and you’ll recover your life.  I’ll show you how to take a real rest.  Walk with me and work with me-watch how I do it.  Learn the unforced rhythms of grace.”

Want to get away and restore while focusing on God and your well being?  This retreat helps us carve out space to continue looking deeper at the practices that help us integrate our mind, body, and spirit with the presence of Christ.  In this retreat we will have plenty of time to learn about and practice the activities that truly make us well.  Retreat to Glen Eyrie to rest and restore through the beauty of God’s creation while focusing your mind on Christ and enjoying the practices that renew your body and spirit.

This retreat  incorporates down-to-earth, engaging, lecture-based teachings, as well as interactive opportunities for physical movement and creative art reflections.  Your soul will find plenty of down time to rest, recover, and draw nearer to God.   Soaking in the beauty of Glen Eyrie only enhances the connection with God and one another.  You cannot live without this time to focus on what really matters!
