We encourage you to dress to your own vision for afternoon tea in our historic Castle.

We offer a custom selection of traditional and non-traditional teas; Black, White, Green, Herbal, Rooibos and Artisan. Our selection varies seasonally, so there’s always something new to try!

Here at Glen Eyrie, we serve Afternoon Tea at the Castle. Afternoon Tea has traditionally been a luxurious event served in the afternoon with dainty bites, delicate scones and clotted cream. High Tea, traditionally served on “high dinner tables,” was enjoyed more often by the working class, consisting of hefty, filling, and less expensive foods.

At our Afternoon Tea, we offer a seasonal cuisine of dainty bites and tasty treats paired with top of the line traditional and non-traditional tea options.

We only purchase the most luxurious ethically sourced teas certified as part of the Ethical Tea Partnership. The Ethical Tea Partnership (ETP) is a not-for-profit organization which convenes tea companies, development agencies, governmental, and non-governmental organizations to improve the lives of communities within the tea sector.

Sustainability is also very important to us. Our tea manufacturer has become one of the world’s first tea manufacturers to achieve carbon neutral status due to the installation of 2,600 solar array panels atop its tea manufacturing facility and continues to support environmental initiatives.
