Castle Rooms
- 17 guest rooms
- Original elevator access for 2nd and 3rd guest floors
- Shower or tub/shower combination in each room

Castle King Rooms
Luxury awaits with a unique architectural feature in each of our 5 Castle King Rooms. Your room might include a private balcony, glass atrium porch, an elevated four poster bed, stained glass transoms and a skylight, or window seat. The bedroom of Elsie Palmer, Marjory Palmer’s bedroom, or up a narrow stairway at the top of the turret our “honeymoon suite” await your stay. Each room includes a king size bed, minimum of 2 lounge chairs, desk, and a shower or tub/shower combination.
*Please note at this time Castle 207 does not have air conditioning and is best managed by using the ceiling fan during warm temperatures.
Castle Queen Rooms
These 6 gorgeous rooms are uniquely furnished with their own charm. Your room may include a view of Queen’s Canyon, the terrace or red rock formations. Each room includes a queen size bed, lounge chair, dresser or closet, a shower or shower/tub combination and most include a writing desk. Rooms can accommodate no more than 2 guests.
*Please note at this time Castle 306 does not have air conditioning and is best managed by using fans during warm temperatures.
Castle West Wing Deluxe Rooms
Upgraded in 2024
We are thrilled to announce our 6 deluxe rooms completed upgrades in spring of 2024. These improvements include new heating and air conditioning systems and beautiful themed decorator touches. Each room includes a queen size bed, most with a desk, lounge chair and have a shower or shower/tub combination.

Pink House
Built in the 1925 by America’s most eligible bachelor of the time, owner Alexander Cochran attempted to mimic the castle’s unique architectural features with the modern conveniences of the roaring 20’s resulting in an elegant home. Common areas in this premier lodge include a 16 seater dining room, expansive living room, balcony loft, and den giving ample opportunities to spread out and relax. Each of the 3 guest rooms has a king bed and an additional 1-2 murphy beds (maximum occupancy 4-6 per room) for an opportunity to sleep up to 14 individuals if booking the home in full. Other room features include 2 lounge chairs, a dresser, desk, large private bathrooms with shower/tub combinations, and large windows. *Please note air conditioning is not available in this building.
Eagle’s Nest
Converted from a historic hunting lodge, this premier lodge with log cabin themed decor and a fabulous stone fireplace in the common area. Each of the 4 air conditioned guest rooms contains a king bed, dresser, desk, closet, 2 lounge chairs and shower/ tub combo. Maximum room occupancy of 2 individuals per room or reserving all rooms would give opportunity for 8 guests.
Standard Lodges
Get away with the whole family for a Colorado adventure. We have four standard lodge options sleeping up to 5 guests comfortably. Lodge guests receive full access to the grounds and castle’s main areas.
Each building includes:
- Rollaway or pack & play available
- Common area with fridge, ice maker and microwave
- Indoor conference space with fireplace
- Outdoor seating area with firepit
- Hiking trailheads just outside each building
Each room has:
- 2 queen beds
- Lounge chair, dresser, or desk combination in rooms
- Shower/tub combination
Big Horn Lodge
Named after our state animal a stay in this 32-room building brings easy castle access and lots of room to hang out. From the terrace enjoy views of the castle and the main lawn where Big Horn are frequent visitors. ADA and conjoining rooms available upon request.
Oaks Lodge
Cedar Ridge Lodge
At the foot of Dawson’s trail this versatile 13 room lodge sports a combination of rooms with either 1 king or 2 queen beds. Enjoy lounging both indoors or out with spaces on both of the lodges two levels to include conference and gathering areas, outside dining area, and fire pit. ADA rooms available on main guest level.
Glenview Lodge
The most secluded of our lodges, Glenview has 10 guest rooms between its upper and lower levels. Recently awarded staff favorite it is surrounded by some of the most photogenic of our rock formations (if rocks can be called photogenic). From the deck look across our property and into Garden Of The Gods. This lodge does not have desks in rooms, has conjoining room options, and requires stairs for entry.
