Retreat Leaders

Andrew Crust

In 2014, Andrew went through Police Academy and quickly learned the dichotomies of Positional Leadership and the ineffectiveness of its application. Through almost a decade of law enforcement, and over a decade in Corporate America and ministry, Andrew has uncovered essential qualities to effectively engage your leadership talent. Andrew will take you on an adventure through difficult lessons in his own personal leadership journey while highlighting action steps that helped him tap into his strengths, capitalize on opportunities, and help you to see how to achieve what others aren’t.

Andrew is a RISING STAR speaker and is an Executive Director with the John Maxwell Certified Team. He is a featured speaker with Professional Speakers Bureau International and has been mentored and coached by Dan Eckelman who is an internationally known speaker.

Andrew has taken his passion for speaking, coaching, and mentorship to develop a marriage conference for First Responders. This conference will take you on a journey of reconnecting with your spouse through Love, Respect, Communication, and Trust. During this conference, you will be challenged with open and honest communication while identifying the difficulties of being married to a First Responder or Military Service Member.

Andrew recently joined National Speakers Association of Colorado and actively speaks to law enforcement agencies, local churches, school educators & administrators, and middle managers of all business types. He has also joined the organization Kingdom Culture as a Faith Based Personal and Professional Coach.
