Tony’s approach blends chemistry, creativity, and traditional craftsmanship, helping people understand how natural materials can be transformed into practical, nourishing products. He has taught a wide range of groups, always emphasizing accessibility, empowerment, and respect for the natural world. Beyond the classroom, Tony is deeply committed to serving his community. He volunteers with TESSA, supporting children who have experienced domestic violence, and works with the Old Men’s Group in Woodland Park to provide firewood for low-income families during the winter months. He is also involved in trail-building and conservation efforts, helping maintain wilderness areas for others to safely enjoy. Tony has also faithfully volunteered for several years at the Glen Eyrie Madrigal, contributing his time and talents to this beloved tradition.
