About the Retreat

The Practice of Wellness- Taking a deeper look at integrating the body and spirit with the mind of Christ.

Matthew 11:28 (The Message) Are you tired?  Worn out on religion?  Come to me.  Get away with me, and you’ll recover your life.  I’ll show you how to take a real rest.  Walk with me, and work with me- watch how I do it.  Learn the unforced rhythms of grace.

Want to get away and restore while focusing on God and your well-being?  This retreat helps  carve out space to continue looking deeper at the practices that help integrate the mind, body, and spirit with the presence of Christ.  We will have plenty of time to learn about and practice the activities that truly make us well.  Retreat to Glen Eyrie to rest and restore through the beauty of God’s creation while focusing your mind on Christ and enjoying the practices that renew your body and spirit.

We will incorporate down-to-earth, engaging, lecture-based teachings, as well as interactive opportunities for physical movement and creative art reflections.  Your soul will find plenty of down time to rest, recover, reflect, and draw nearer to God.  Soaking in the beauty of Glen Eyrie only enhances the connection with God and one another.  Our team has created new tools and workshops to continue to help you on your journey towards well-being and wholeness in Christ.

Let us:  Keep putting into practice all you learned and received from me and everything you heard from me and saw me doing.  Then, the God of peace will be with you.   Phil 4:9 (NLT)
